NEED TO CANCEL? Please understand that cancelling the day of takes away a spot that could have been for another guest. I will always give a 2x grace. After that, a $20 cancellation fee will be attatched on your next appointment.
RUNNING LATE? 15 minutes late will not allow enough time for your appointment and cut into my time with the next guest, therefore will have to be rescheduled. In this case the cancellation policy will apply.
REDO/RETURN Refunds are not offered however I strive for 100% satisfaction. Any changes to your hair service or retail purchase must be notified to me within 7 days.
